Lobbyist's Lament: this is a barrel-aged variation of the Last Word, Detroit's own classic cocktail, featuring mezcal for a bit of a smokey savoriness.

Margarita Morning: our latest margarita variation features habanero, pomegranate and rosemary to add some spice to an old favorite, perfect for a dark snowy evening.
